By accessing our website or placing an order with Riddhi Siddhi, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of our website and services. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and business partners.
2Services
- Riddhi Siddhi provides procurement and supply of office stationery, pantry consumables, housekeeping products, safety equipment, IT accessories, and other workplace supplies to corporate clients across India.
- All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to substitute equivalent products when specific items are temporarily out of stock, with prior notification.
- We offer customised procurement solutions. Specific requirements should be discussed and agreed upon in writing before an order is confirmed.
3Orders and Pricing
- All orders are subject to written confirmation. Verbal or informal orders are not binding until confirmed by our sales team.
- Prices quoted are valid for the period specified in the quotation. We reserve the right to revise prices due to changes in supplier costs, taxes, or market conditions.
- All prices are exclusive of GST unless explicitly stated otherwise. Applicable GST will be charged in accordance with the prevailing rates under Indian tax law.
- Minimum order quantities may apply for certain product categories or delivery locations.
4Payment Terms
- Payment terms are agreed upon individually for each client and confirmed in writing.
- Standard payment terms for new clients are advance payment or payment against delivery.
- Credit terms may be extended to established clients at our discretion, subject to satisfactory credit evaluation.
- Late payments may attract interest as mutually agreed or as permitted under applicable law.
- GST invoices will be raised in compliance with the Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017.
5Delivery
- We deliver across India. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location, product availability, and logistics conditions.
- Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the specified address.
- Riddhi Siddhi is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.
- Delivery charges, if applicable, will be communicated at the time of quotation.
6Returns and Replacements
- Claims for shortages, damaged goods, or incorrect items must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
- Products must be returned in their original, unused condition with original packaging.
- We will replace or credit defective or incorrectly supplied products at no additional charge.
- Customised or specially ordered products are non-returnable unless defective.
7Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and images — is the property of Riddhi Siddhi or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.
8Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Riddhi Siddhi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of our services or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the specific order giving rise to the claim.
9Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary business information, pricing, and trade terms shared during the course of the business relationship. This obligation survives the termination of any business arrangement between the parties.
10Amendments
Riddhi Siddhi reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page with an updated date. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
11Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. Failing that, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
